These recipes reflect regional specialties as well as some Jewish specialties. I have fond memories of coming home to a hot bowl of borscht and kasha. During the holidays she lovingly prepared Gefilte fish, a delicious, mild and delicate appetizer that I have made easy and quick to prepare!
There in nothing better that a homemade bowl of Borscht, this version is vegetarian. Vegan menu items are marked with an *. This menu fits my criteria for eating healthy, clean and real food.
