A new cooking class addition for the New Year. I’ve had many requests for this class, so here it is!
You don’t have to be a follower of the “Paleo Diet” to take advantage of this class. Simply put this menu is grain free, features fresh vegetables, nuts, healthy oils and organic grass fed beef and lamb – your choice! It has all the components of balanced clean eating and allows you the opportunity to taste a few foods that may be new to you. A full recipe book is included, as well as a source guide for some ingredients that may be new to you.
My intention is to show others how easy it is to prepare real food, and to drastically reduce their consumption of processed and packaged food, so in this way the paleo diet is a shining example.
